Love Lake Al Qudra

Created in November 2018, Love Lake features two interlinked heart-shaped reservoirs and a desert landscaped with trees forming the word “Love” when seen from above. Embracing an eco-friendly design, the area includes over 16,000 planted trees and sustainable materials, minimizing environmental impact. Rich in wildlife, including bird species—some migratory—as well as fish in the lake. Nearby Al Qudra Lakes is also home to curious desert adopters like Patagonian maras (rabbit-like rodents). Activities include: Picnicking & BBQ — in designated zones (with own equipment; no burying hot coals) Walking/Jogging tracks, cycling (linked to Al Qudra Cycling Track) Birdwatching, photography, stargazing, camping, and sunset viewing Best Time to Visit: October–April — mild weather makes it ideal for outdoor enjoyment. Sunrise and sunset offer especially stunning views.
