Developed by Nakheel with 500 underground parking spaces, the beach offers free public access to golden sand and calm turquoise waters alongside venues like Koko Bay, February 30 and Jones the Grocer. Connected to Al Ittihad Park and Golden Mile Galleria via the Palm Promenade walking path.
